Tourtillott named to 3rd All-State team for Class 2A schools
Bree Tourtillott has been named to 3rd All-State team for softball for Class 2A schools.
"The Illinois Coaches Association chooses the best players throughout the state of Illinois, "said Oregon High School softball coach Lindsay Nauman in a press release.
Tourtillott, a senior, finished the 2013 season with a .554 batting average and a .959 fielding percentage.
She was also named Unanimous All-Conference for the Big Northern West. She is planning on continuing her softball career at University of Texas- El Paso.
Stillman Valley's Payton Abbott, a sophomore, was named to the 2nd all-state team.
