Provo, the son of Jay and Tammy Provo, is a member of Boy Scout Troop 99 and been a scout since 2002.

“He would like to thank everyone who helped him achieve his goal and volunteered their time to work on the project,” said his father Jay.

“He would also like thank the following local businesses and individuals who donated money to the project: Pinecrest Community, Country Financial Insurance, Paul Smith Accounting, Lou Finch, Stan’s Performance, Plum Electric, Phil and Ferol Labash, Missy Clark, Deb Poggioli, and Sharon’s Salon and Spa,” Jay said. “Of special note is the Union Savings Bank of Mt. Morris for donating $500. “
